Collin and I took a ride on my ATV along the banks of the bayous.

Saturday, May 12, 2001 evening
Collin cooked a delicious dinner of roasted chicken with scallions, herbs from Provence and other herbs stuffed in under the skin, ratatouille and saffron rice.
